11. NFC Chips and Experimental Features

Some TRESR products may include embedded NFC (Near Field Communication) chips as part of an experimental marketing and rewards strategy. Please read the following carefully:

• The inclusion of an NFC chip in any product is not guaranteed and may vary by product, batch, or release.
• Where an NFC chip is included, it is provided as a bonus feature only. TRESR makes no guarantees regarding any rewards, benefits, or digital functionality associated with NFC chips.
• NFC chip functionality — including but not limited to digital experiences, token rewards, loyalty programs, or any blockchain-connected features — may be modified, discontinued, or never activated at any time without notice.
• The cosmetic and wearable value of the product is the sole guaranteed benefit of your purchase. Any NFC-related features are supplemental and experimental in nature.
• TRESR shall not be liable for any expectation of rewards, digital access, or utility derived from NFC chip inclusion.
