At TRESR, we take pride in delivering high-quality custom products. Since each item is made-to-order specifically for you, we have specific policies regarding returns and refunds.
30-Day Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for the following reasons:
- Defective Products: Items with manufacturing defects or quality issues
- Printing Errors: Products with misprints or incorrect designs
- Damaged in Transit: Items that arrive damaged
- Wrong Item Received: If you receive a different product than ordered
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the custom nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for:
- Buyer's remorse or change of mind
- Incorrect size ordered (please check our size guides)
- Color variations due to monitor settings
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
How to Return an Item
- Contact our support team at support@tresr.com within 30 days
- Provide your order number and photos of the issue
- Wait for return authorization and shipping instructions
- Ship the item back in original packaging
- Receive your refund or replacement
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Approved returns will be refunded within 5-7 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Exchanges
For size exchanges or replacements, we'll expedite your new order once the original item is returned.
International Returns
International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees.
